Why you should make it a habit of sitting on warm water either before or after your period.

Learn to sit on warm water immediately after your period, if you can, cover yourself with a cloth so as to allow the heat go deep inside of you, like I said before it helps reduced your chances of infection, and it helps to refresh your system as a Lady.
